How we define Active Candidates : Candidates who have submitted their profile to us in past one week. The sorting of candidiate is mostly done on the basis of submission date and time.

Profile not in list : In case if your profile is not in list or not in top 200, submit your profile on regular intervals to let it be in the eye of recruiters.

Number of Submission : At-least one submission is required on daily basis to get calls from the recruiter side. Must ensure that your scorecard must be sound enough and proportional.
