Yeag technology Pvt Ltd provides its services under the brand name of eduinq. The services are being provided to colleges, 12th students, jobseekers, employers and advertisers. Eduinq don't take any responsibility for the content posted by Jobseekers, employers, advertisers, colleges and 12th students. Eduinq is a public site with limited access and eduinq assumes no liability for the quality and genuineness of the responses. Eduinq is not liable to any kind of inaccurate information provided either by students, colleges and employers.

Eduinq don't share any kind of personnel data with other companies without obtaining permission except those acting as our agents. Eduinq is only a platform to display the content from various parties but in case of objection, eduinq have the right to remove or delete the content from the website without answerable to any party.

Various stakeholders are requested not to spam the database and if done even after warning, the account and services will be terminated with immediate effect without notice to forfeit any amount paid by him. Yeag Technology shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure of any information concerning the user's account and / or information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards / debit cards and / or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used whether or not in pursuance of a legal process or otherwise.

Eduinq reserves the rights to post the data on eduinq.com as well as on our partner and subsidiary websites.

The User of eduinq.com is subject to the Privacy policy and we request you to visit the same. In case of non-compliance with our terms and conditions or privacy policy, your account, usage rights, offending information will be taken down without prior notice.

Job Seekers:

  • All the jobseekers are requested to register to use the services provided by the eduinq.com.
  • Jobseekers need to create his/her Infographic resume before they are going to use any kind of services.
  • Jobseekers need to share basic information such as email id, phone number, social account link, DOB and many more.
  • Account of jobseekers will be removed/deleted if found with wrong, offending information without providing any prior information.
  • Account of the jobseekers will be suspended in case of spamming.
  • Jobseekers need to pay for the Infographic resume before they are going to apply for any jobs posted by employer.
  • Link of the jobseekers' Infographic resume are only going to be shared with the employers.
  • Jobseekers resume will not be collected either in the form of PDF or Word document.
  • Jobseekers need to have active Infographic resume to apply for any job openings.
  • Jobseekers need to work on their scorecard which is visible and shared with the employer. Profiles with low scorecard are obviously less seen by the recruiter.
  • Each jobseeker is requested to challenge themselves on three fronts either be aptitude/reasoning/verbal, Academic and professional.
  • Jobseekers can select maximum 2 subjects in each three category, extension in any category will not be allowed.
  • Jobseekers can select the subject only from the available resources, which will be updated on regular basis. Jobseekers can request for the non-available resources which will be updated or not depending on the resources available with eduinq.
  • Jobseekers will not be given any prior information about the subject related to challenge yourself page before their registration on eduinq.com.
  • Jobseekers scorecard will be shared with the Hr and in any case it cannot be hidden.
  • Jobseekers cannot challenges towards the questions and answer mentioned in the challenge yourself section.
  • After test under the challenge yourself section, students can't challenge for retest or the rechecking of the answer at any cost.
  • Jobseekers are allowed to take only one test in 24hourse, to give another test, jobseekers need to visit the website again.
  • Jobseekers are not allowed to see the contact details of the recruiter in any case.
  • Jobseekers can use our interview questions page to prepare themselves for the interview round which is free for public access and eduinq don't charge anything for the same.
  • Jobseekers are allowed to answer and raise question under the section interview questions.
  • Any spamming on the page of interview question will lead to permanent deletion of the account without considering the payment done by the account holder.
  • Jobseekers can search the jobs by cities, designation and experience.
  • Job seekers can get help from our team if they are unable to create their own Infographic resume. Jobseekers are requested to write us a mail for the same.
  • Job seekers need not to pay any extra amount for the assistance they are getting in building the Infographic resume; they only need to pay the amount what every jobseeker are going to pay for the Infographic resume.
  • Jobseeker can also seek our team assistance if they are confused about their career.
  • Each and every jobseeker has a chance to earn via referral.
  • Jobseekers will be provided with certain amount for each successful reference.
  • There is a cap on minimum amount to be redeemed at any point. Less than that amount will not be transferred at any cost.
  • Jobseekers payment for the Infographic resume will be valid for one year from the date of payment.
  • Jobseekers can apply for the various fellowship programs at eduinq, during this fellowship program the training fees will be sponsored by the eduinq team while the jobseekers need to bear the cost of living.
  • Eduinq is not responsible about the content of various other fellowship programs which are being shared on eduinq.com.
  • Jobseekers can join our campus ambassador program where they will be paid only on the performance basis.
  • Recruiters on eduinq can post unlimited number of job posting either by registering on our website or by sending mail to us or by whatsapp.
  • Eduinq will not be held responsible for any inaccurate information in the posting either posted by the recruiter or send to eduinq by the recruiter/referral.
  • Eduinq don't charge anything for job posting, accessing database, hence any amount if being paid by the recruiter will be on own responsibility.
  • Eduinq never ask any third party or in person to collect amount for any of the services, hence payment done will be on the payee risk itself.
  • Eduinq offer the database access to only limited recruiter based upon the consent and mutual understanding. To access the database, recruiter can only request to eduinq team but the final decision will be taken by the senior team itself.
  • Eduinq will not provide its database access to all the recruiter at any cost. Database access will not be charged but at the same time, it will not be available to all the recruiter.
  • Recruiter information might be shared in between our agents or partner websites.
  • Recruiter can access our other services like campus hiring, HR network and more depending on the mutual understanding. Recruiter are not being charged for any of these services and if paid to anyone in any form will be on own risk.
  • Eduinq will not consider the case of payment done by recruiter when it's clearly being said that eduinq don't charge recruiter anything for any of the services.
  • Eduinq will help the recruiter in the process of hiring for only entry level graduates.
  • Eduinq have the right to terminate/delete the account of any recruiter in case of misguided information, offending information and spamming.
  • Eduinq have the rights to put the limitation on number of job posting, database access and campus hiring, hence all the recruiter are requested to keep updated with the numbers.
  • Colleges need to collaborate with us before using our various services on the college side.
  • College will get access to some of our free software like campus placement activity software, feedback system software and daily attendance system software.
  • Software's are available at no cost to the colleges but availability of this software to particular college will be decided by the senior team of eduinq itself.
  • Our every software for the colleges is linked with each other and the performance of software might help in getting access to the other ones.
  • College will not be able to register themselves on our website on their own.
  • Collaborated colleges are going to receive their username and password through their provided email id.
  • Each and every college will be charged a token amount during collaboration which is non-refundable. Apart from that all the financial transaction will be done on the result provided.
  • Colleges need to provide the charges if they are looking for advertisement on our website apart from the advertisement we are offering to our collaborated colleges.
  • Colleges requesting for the campus hiring will need to bear all the expenses related to campus hiring.
  • Colleges are requested to kindly know all the terms and condition related to particular assignment in advance as for every assignment/project/sponsorship/recruitment training and development, the working principle and offer will vary.
Training institute and consultancies:
  • Training institutes and consultancies can get in touch with our team use our various services offered to them.
  • The services offered to training institutes and consultancies will vary from institutes to institutes.
  • Access to database will only be provided to few training institutes and consultancies depending on mutual understanding.
  • Training institutes and consultancies working with eduinq for training and placement are required to pay in advance.
Refund Policy for jobseekers/colleges/institutes:
  • In case of any amount paid to yeag technology private limited/eduinq.com, the amount will not be cancelled or refunded in any case.
  • In case of multiple payments from the same account and for the same services, concerned account is requested to bring it under notice. The extra amount will be refunded in next 15working days.
Force Majeure:

Yeag Technology shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the Site irrespective of the cause.

Copyright policy

It is our strict policy to terminate any account of jobseeker/ recruiter/ institutes/ college at any point to time with or without prior notification, who repeatedly infringe copyright prompted to us by the copyright owner.

Disclaimers and limitation on liability

Eduinq is not be held responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on our websites either by jobseekers/ recruiters/ colleges/institutes or by admin. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user of eduinq.com. Eduinq will not be held responsible for any technical or non-technical malfunction on the internet or site thereof, including any injury or damage to users or any system related to the user of eduinq.com. Certain links on eduinq lead to server controlled by third party over whom yeag technology has no control or connection or business, hence visiting such websites you are beyond the yeag technology websites. Yeag technology/ eduinq will not be held liable to any loss or damage caused by visiting those websites.

Advertising Material

Part of the Site contains advertising/other material submitted to Eduinq.com by third parties. Responsibility for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with applicable International and National law is exclusively on the advertisers and eduinq.com will not be responsible for any claim, error, omission or inaccuracy in advertising material. Eduinq.com reserves the right to omit, suspend or change the position of any advertising material submitted for insertion. Acceptance of advertisements on the Site will be subject to eduinq.com terms and conditions which are available on request.

Anti Spam Policy

The use and access to database package is subject to this policy. The services provided to you are aimed at providing recruitment solutions and should be restricted to contacting suitable candidates for genuine jobs in existence. Mailing practices such as transmitting marketing and promotional mailers/ Offensive messages/ messages with misleading subject lines in order to intentionally obfuscate the original message, are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate services, without prior notice, to the originator of Spam. No refund shall be admissible under such circumstances.

Following is an illustrative (not exhaustive) list of the kinds of messages which can be classified as spam:
  1. Unsolicited Bulk Messages/Unsolicited Commercial Communications.
  2. Voice Calls/SMS to telephone numbers registered on the National Consumer Preference Register.
  3. Non Job related mails.
  4. Messages with misleading subject lines.
  5. Blank Messages.
  6. Extra ordinary High Number of mails.
  7. Mails soliciting payments.
  8. Misleading/Fraudulent mails.
